  • Commercial Teams: We look at your Commercial Team.  What levers are available to us within the Commercial Function to improve our environmental and social footprints?  What would Courageous Collaboration look like?  How do we work with partner functions to maximise positive impact?
  • YOU: What is your personal role in reducing planetary overshoot and improving social shortfalls?  How does this link to your role & your work?

Growing understanding of the global societal & environmental challenges we face in the 21st Century, including important goals and frameworks such as Net Zero, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals & Doughnut Economics

Building awareness of the ESG issues & opportunities specific to our industry, as well as understanding the roles & actions of key industry influencers including retailers, manufacturers and industry bodies.  Looking at the needs & wants of citizens in our industry and ESG trends.

  • Our Organisation

Connecting with the organisation’s global and local sustainability strategy & action plan, as well as looking at the sustainability roles partner functions play.  

Building a common understanding of the ESG landscape outside and inside the organisation, equipping the Commercial team to unlock ESG issues & opportunities within their own arena, in partnership with key internal & external influencers. 

Day 2: Commercial

Exploring the social and environmental opportunities to be unlocked by partnering with internal functions, focusing on Procurement, Supply Chain & Marketing

Reviewing the strategic and everyday ESG levers available to commercial individuals to create a more regenerative & distributive function

Using the ESG super-power of collaboration to transform sustainable action within the Commercial Team

Looking at the levers individual teams can pull to improve their environmental and social footprints, with a particular focus on reducing emissions

Briefly touching on what each of us can do to take our learnings away, create positive ripple effects amongst colleagues, family & friends and engaging with tools to keep us learning on our journeys
